THREE EDGE BEARING TEST
A mandatory structural test used to validate the crushing strength of our concrete pipes. It ensures that every unit leaving our factory possesses the necessary resilience to withstand heavy traffic and deep-burial loads.
CUBE TEST
Our computerized testing rig applies vertical pressure to the concrete specimen until it cracks and breaks. Recording this maximum failure load is the definitive proof of the concrete’s quality, ensuring only the strongest material is used in our precast products.
LOAD BEARING CAPACITY TEST
To ensure absolute safety on roadways, our manhole covers undergo rigorous Load Bearing Capacity testing.
